There will be a Vocabulary test on Friday, December 14 on unit 6. Much of the homework will be on vocabulary.
Remember: Students are reading a class book together during the month of December. There is no independent reading this month.
ELA 6th Grade: Students are continuing to read Freak The Mighty. They will review action verbs and fragments. There will be a mini reading quiz on Wednesday, based on what was read in class and at home.
ELA 7th Grade: The seventh graders are finishing up the novella, An Angel’s Story. We will have a quiz on the story when we complete it. We will begin to read the play A Christmas Carol. We will review action verbs and fragments.
ELA 8th Grade: Students in eighth grade are reading Upside Down and Back Around. They will have a mini quiz based on the readings in class and home. They will review action verbs and fragments.
Religion 7th Grade: Students will have a religion test on Thursday on unit 2. They will begin working on unit 3. There will not be a memory quiz this week.
