There will be a spelling test on Unit 6 on Friday, December 6.

November book projects are due on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
Students should pick out a December book. The Dec. project is due on January 6th

6th Grade ELA: This week we are going to read a short story, “Zlateh the Goat,” by Isaac B. Singer. We will discuss the elements of the story. Students will begin to study verbs.

7th Grade ELA: The students in seventh grade will read a story story, “The Treasure of Lemon Brown.” The students will analyze the elements of the story. They will also discuss homelessness. Students will review verbs.

8th Grade ELA: The eighth graders are going to begin reading the excerpt from FLOWERS FOR ALGERNON. We will review Verbs.In this story we will discuss intelligence and how society treats the mentally challenged.

7th Grade Religion:
The class is almost done with unit 3. We will finish it up this week and begin review. A test for the unit is on Tuesday, December 10. There will be a memory on Thursday- see the google classroom for the verse.
