I hope you all had a blessed Easter and an enjoyable break with your children.

This week: Book Projects are due on May 2. There will be a test on vocabulary unit 12 on Friday, May 3rd. Eighth Grade will have their test on Monday, May 6th due to the field trip on Friday. Much of the homework will be vocabulary.

Students in eighth grade must bring in their permission slip and fee for the trip on Friday, May 3 to the Nassau County Holocaust and Memorial Center.

6th Grade ELA: Students will be working on a New York State essay and indirect objects. At the end of the week, students will begin to read the novel, The Cay.

7th Grade ELA: The seventh grade students will write a New York State essay and study indirects. They will begin working on the novel, Fever.

8th Grade ELA: Students in eighth grade will begin the reading the play, “Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl.” They will go over indirect objects.

7th Grade Religion: Students will review unit 7 and have a test on Friday, May 3rd.
