  • What are the components of health-related fitness?
  • What is the difference between health- and skill-related fitness?

Middle School

  • How does regular physical activity lead to a healthy body, and how can I build a physically active lifestyle?
  • What are the components of health- and skill-related fitness?
  • What’s the difference between health- and skill-related fitness?
  • What’s are the differences (and similarities) between the components of health- and skill-related fitness?

7th Grade Health – Journal Entry 5 is due 10/9 by 8:15am

  • How can I apply effective verbal and nonverbal communication skills to enhance health?
  • Can I demonstrate refusal or negotiation skills to avoid or reduce health risks?
