This past week, the students began their work learning and developing their ball handling skills. Pre-K students came to join our Kindergarten class which allowed our Kindergarten students to act as mentors to their younger counterparts. This week, K-2 will continue to practice, develop their skills, and think about what it means to be physically fit.


This past week, the students had intro lessons to basketball including the skills of dribbling, passes, and layups. We also spoke about how the emphasis on working out and exercising should be on to be active and healthy and to increase inner confidence and less on looks and appearance. This week, 3-5 will begin to explore more game-like strategies and situations.

Middle School

This past week, the students reviewed their basic basketball skills of dribbling, passing, and form shooting. This week, students will play shooting games that emphasize form as well as go over tactical strategies.
