As the calendar turns toward November Christians all over the world celebrate two holidays.  The first being the Feast of the Reformation.  October 31  is the 501st anniversary of the Protestant Reformation–when the work of our Lord’s saving death and resurrection was re-introduced to the common people:  1) Scripture alone, 2)  Grace alone  3)  Faith alone.

November 1, then, is the celebration of All Saint’s Day!  We then praise God for the Kingdom of All Believer:  the named saints of the past; the baptized saints of the present; and the saints yet unborn.  We praise our Lord for the Kingdom of all believers.
