READING-  The following will be reviewed this week

  • High Frequency Words, of, so, many, where, from, came, but, is, how, find, this, on, into, that, your, who, here, they, will, be, go, for, soon, up.
  • Blending and word building using long and short “i” sound with, “b, f, n, p, t, c, s, m, g, r, d.”
  • Verbs in the past, present, and future.
  • Antonyms and synonyms.
  • Draw a picture and write two sentences to tell about your picture.

The class will have a Unit 4 Reading test on Tuesday, May 1st.

MATH- Our next chapter in Math is to represent, count, and write numbers 20 and beyond.

RELIGION- We will continue the story of Doubting Thomas and our next story is Ascension.

SCIENCE/SOCIAL STUDIES- Our discussions will center around Earth Day, and signs of Spring.

HANDWRITING- We will learn to print Capital and small “U-u.”

REMINDERS

Friday, April 27th, is the fundraiser, “Feed the Critters.”  Look for the flyer going home this week.
