Please make sure your child reads the decodable readers that are sent home each night. The “R” book words are: door, more, mother, old, try, use, want, wash. They will be on the vocabulary portion of the reading test, and 4 of them are on our spelling list

The 2nd trimester ends this week, and the report cards will be available to view next week.

Please make sure that your child is reading the words in his/her “R” book nightly. They should also be reviewing all the words from the beginning of the year in their books each week so they stay familiar with them. Some children forget how to read/spell the words once they are tested on them.

Thank you to all who sent in green snacks on Friday! The children had such a great Green Day!

Have a blessed week!
