Happy last week before Christmas break!
We will be reading some Christmas literature this week including Snowbear’s Christmas Countdown, The Littlest Christmas Star, Snowmen at Christmas, and Bear Stays Up For Christmas.
For Jesus time we will continue to discuss the Christmas season by talking about the shepherds coming to visit baby Jesus. We will also read No Room at the Inn, and Come and See. We will also be finishing up our Christmas coloring book.
We will continue to review #s 1-10 with some worksheets, and with Anno’s Counting Book.
This week we will work on the letter Ll by learning a Ll song and reading the story “Looney Lion” and we will make an L is for Lights project.
We are finishing up some special Christmas surprises for moms and dads this week as well.
This Friday we will have pjs, hot cocoa, and Christmas movies! Please have your child wear their pjs to school for a fun day to kick off the Christmas break!
