ECC — No Classes this week
Kindergarten — DayTime/NightTime A slide show depicting artists’ renderings of daytime and nighttime scenes/Students will draw a daytime or nighttime scene and use crayons to color
Gr. 1 — Students will finish drawing their Snowmen at Night scene and will paint on white snow
Gr. 2 — We will continue working on our Winter Tree Scenes painting our trees in different values of green to depict SPACE in Art.
Gr. 3 — Our Winter Birch Trees will be painted and shadows of moonlight will be added as well as other details.
Gr. 4 — Students will learn how to construct flat and peaked-roofed structures out of construction paper. They will then add details with markers.
Gr. 5 — We are finally finishing our Christmas Multi-media Collages.
Gr. 6 — Students will be learning how to draw with Positive/Negative design.
Gr. 7 — This is our last and final class for our Traditional Christmas Card Drawings.
Gr. 8 — Students are using Scratchboard tools to create a metallic gold scratchboard drawing.
Art Elective Trimester 2 — Students are painting the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) on a popsicle stick canvas with acrylic paints.
