This Week in Art
ECC Classes will be finishing up their Ladybugs. Happy Summer to all!
Kindergarten — this week we will be coloring the flavors of ice cream on our cones
Gr. 1 — the next two weeks we will be making a mini flower pot with tissue paper flowers
Gr. 2 — this class will be finishing up their Surreal Magazine Collages
Gr. 3 — it’s all about sewing this week as we learn how to sew with yarn on burlap
Gr. 4 — the next two weeks we will be creating a Positive/Negative design out of animals or insects
Gr. 5 — will be creating a crayon resist from the Still Life of Pansies in a Basket they have sketched
Gr. 6 — last week we built our Pyrapets (3D Pyramid Pets) and now we will add assorted assemblage to add distinctive features of our pets
Gr. 7 — this week our class will use black paint to add details to our Sunset Silhouette pictures
Gr. 8 — we will finally finish our Optical Illusion Cubes and start our Graduation Reflection Caps to end the year
ART Elective — after completing the tile painting we will add mod podge for a clear gloss shine and sealer
