This week we will have a spelling test on Unit 2 in the vocabulary book on Friday,September 29. Much of the homework will be pronouns and reading from their respective novels.
6th Grade:We are in the middle of Freak the Mighty. We will explore the similarities and the differences between the two characters. Students will begin studying pronouns.
7th Grade: The seventh graders are continuing to read the Wednesday Wars. The students will be recapping the chapters they have read with written responses.
Each students will be given a pronoun packet.
8th Grade: The eighth grade is enjoying The Outsiders. We are looking at the major conflicts in the story. We will have written responses to the novel. Students will work on pronouns.
