* This week students will have a vocabulary test on unit 10 on Friday, March 16th. Much of the homework will be vocabulary. Students in sixth grade will have their test on Thursday because of the trip to Medieval Times on Friday.
* Students in 6th grade and 7AA will have a spelling test on unit 10 on Tuesday, due to the snow storm on Wednesday, and delayed opening on Thursday.
* Remember the March book report is due on Wednesday, March 28.
6th Grade: In sixth grade we will be working on our rough drafts and a work cited page. The typed rough draft will be due on Tuesday, March 20th. If time permits, we will begin to read folk tales. Eventually, we will create our own. We will continue to look at prepositions and prepositional phrases.
7th Grade: We will be working on the rough drafts and a work cited page. The typed rough draft will be due on Tuesday, March 20th. We will begin a unit on Greek mythology. The seventh graders will review prepositions and prepositional phrases.
8th Grade: The rough draft for the research paper is due on Friday, March 23rd. Students will begin their paper in class and review how to write a work cited page, but ultimately will complete it at home.
