We will have a vocabulary test on Unit 11 Thursday, May 4th. Research papers were due on Friday, April 27th.
Students in 6,7,8th Grades will be expected to read the first 4 chapters of their books by Tuesday, May 8th. They will have a quiz on the chapters that day.
6th Grade: Students will present their folk tales. They will begin studying literary elements in poetry.
7th Grade: Seventh graders will finish presenting their fairy tales. Students will begin a poetry unit and reviewing indirect objects.
8th Grade: The students in eighth grade will begin reading the play “Anne Frank The Diary of a Young Girl. They will have a quiz on literary elements on Monday, April 30 as they reviewed the literary elements on Friday, April 27th. Finally, they will review indirect objects in sentences.
