March is coming in like a lion, and we hope it will go out like a lamb.
March has us preparing for many exciting events. We will be practicing all month for the Mini Olympics which will take place Friday March 23. All are invited to come see the future olympians!
March this year also has us preparing for Easter. We are learning new songs for Easter, and we are making a book that includes all of the important events leading up to Easter. We will discuss Palm Sunday, The Garden of Gethsemane, Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
We continue to work on letter and number recognition each day as we make our way through the alphabet.
We will start to talk more in depth about weather as we notice the weather changing as we approach the first day of Spring later this month.
This week we will finish our unit on creativity with a lesson on museum art.
