This week we will celebrate the color green. We will learn how to make green by mixing yellow and blue. We will read the book, Go Away Big Green Monster by Ed Emberly and create a mixed media collage of a big green monster of our own. We will also enjoy a variety of green snacks and graph our favorite choices in a graph. During Jesus time, we will talk about Creation.
Wednesday, October 18th we will meet up at 9:15 at White Post Farm in Melville for a class trip to the farm. Please remember to dress according to the weather and bring a lunch. Mrs. Pepitone will return to school by 12pm for all those students who wish to return to class after the trip.
There will be no class on Friday, October 20th as the teachers will be attending a Lutheran Schools Conference.
