Welcome back to a new week at Trinity! The students will be taking the Terra Nova Exam each morning this week, but after the testing, we will be continuing with regular classes.
7th Social Studies
This week we will finish studying the challenges of our first president, and then we will learn about our first Federalist president, John Adams. This will finish out chapter 8. Next Wednesday, April 12th, the students will take their test on chapter 8.
8th Social Studies
This week the students will be studying how the Great Depression affected the people of America and how the New Deal permanently changed the role of the government. They too will be taking a test on Chapter 23 on Wednesday, April 12th.
8th Religion
This week the students will be reviewing Unit 4- Life Under the Kings. The students will have their test on Unit 4 on Thursday, April 6th. The study guide is available here. There is no memory verse this week.
Little Mermaid Jr.
Tuesday we will rehearse scenes 7, 8, and 9. Thursday, we will rehearse scenes 10, 11, and 12. If your child is part of the cast, please make sure they are attending rehearsals. Only through a solid team effort can we put on the very best show possible.
