Math Grade 6
We are working on Module 11. This week we will cover solving one and two- step equations.
There will be a quiz on Monday, 5/8 on solving equations. Extra help is Wednesday morning at 7:45.
Math Grade 7
This week we are continuing with our unit on statistics. We will be covering measures of center, measures of variation, and various central tendency application problems. Students will also be constructing histograms, box and whisker plots, and dot plots.
The Unit Test on Statistics will be on Friday, 5/5. Extra help is Wednesday morning at 7:45.
Pre-Algebra
This week we will continue with our unit on Pythagorean theorem, distance, and midpoints.
There will be a quiz on Distance and Midpoint on Wednesday, 5/3.
The unit test will be on Friday, 5/5. Extra help is Wednesday morning at 7:45.
Algebra
We are beginning chapter 10, which covers Pythagorean theorem, operations involving radicals, and solving radical equations. There will be a quiz sometime next week.
