No ELA test or spelling this week.
Math: Chapter 8 test Thursday. Quiz Wed.
Science: Weather Patterns Test Monday, March 13. Quiz Tues. March 7
S.S. Test Wed. We are completing a Branches of Government project and a Preamble group project.
Reading: We are watching Bridge to Terabithia so we can compare the book and movie.
We will finish reading Lily’s Crossing. Activity/test when complete.
We will be having a ‘book tasting’ in which students will get a ‘taste’ of the four books available to read for their next guided reading book. They will list the books in order of their desire to read first through fourth. Groups will begin next week.
Writing: We will revise, edit, and write a final copy of our perusasive letter.
Bible: Verse test Wed. Proverbs 11;13 Devotions daily. We are seeing what God has to say about being trustworthy.
Please be sure your child is reading the individual book choice for this month. Choices are: The Magician’s Nephew and Joey Pigza Loses Control. Test/activity March 31st.
We created a BOOK MADNESS buttetin board based on March Madness. We voted using the 15 books we have read together this year, all the way up to the class favorite. Ask your child what book won.
Quarter three ends April 4th.
