READING – As per last week’s notes we will have a Reading test, Thursday, 2/16 on Unit 3. A review sheet will be sent home for you to use to help your child study.
MATH – The class has completed our chapter on subtraction and a test will be given on Tuesday, 2/14. Materials were sent home last week for reviewing purposes.
RELIGION- We will continue to discuss Bible stories about Jesus ministry. This week is the story, “Jesus Changes Water into Wine.”
SCIENCE – Animal homes, specifically those in hot, dry places and cold places will be discussed and how these animals adapt to their environment.
SOCIAL STUDIES – Our sixteenth President, Abraham Lincoln, will be our focus this week.

Bring in Valentine cards for your classmates and your 5th Grade Buddies on Tuesday, 2/14.
