January Individual BOok Choice: Writing or test 1/31
Math: Ch 6 addition and subtraction of fractions. Test 1/23
S.S. ch 10 test Thursday. We are researching events and people from ch. 9-10 and making ‘history circles’
States/capitals week 10 quiz 1/26 Review test of last 25 test: 2/2. Test with all 50 states and capitals: 2/9.
Science: Matter; Test 2/7 We have started using our binders.
Bible: We will be reading: Case for CHrist for Kids by Lee Strobel. Questions will be graded.
We are holding a used book sale to raise money for Long Island Cares. If you ahve any books you are not in need of, please send them in. (Any reading level-nursery through grown-up) The sale will be in Feb.
We have classroom jobs to perform. Please ask your child about his/her job. The students were excited to be responsible for their positions.
