Here’s a look at what we will be doing this week:
Spelling- The test for lesson 21, Frog and Toad Together, will be this Tuesday. The words for lesson 22 are: her, fern, girl, sir, stir, bird, fur, hurt, turn, third. The spelling test will be next Friday, 4/7, as we will be taking achievement tests on Monday through Thursday.
Phonics- lesson 22: controlled vowels: er, ir, ur
Reading: The tests for lesson 21 will be this Tuesday. We will then read the story, Amazing Animals. The Reading tests for lesson 22 will be given next Friday, 4/7, due to achievement tests.
Math- Time to the hour and half hour
Science- food chains; review for test on Wednesday, 3/29
Review sheets were sent home last week. It is a short chapter with only three lessons to study.
Social Studies- Civil War; Freedom
Test on Unit 3 next Wednesday, 4/5.

Look for a letter to come home this week about our Easter Brunch! We will be asking each child to bring in items for our brunch.
The children will be taking the Terra Nova achievement tests the week of 4/3.
Pizza envelopes should be handed in by Thursday at noon!
