Greetings,
This week we will begin studying Ancient Egypt. The children will learn about its geography and how it impacted the early Egyptian civilization. Students will be cartographers and create their very own map of Egypt which includes all the major landforms. Later in the week, students will learn about the Old Kingdom and how the pharoahs from that time impacted Egyptian history. There are no tests in social studies this week.
