I hope the 4th grade families had a fun and relaxing winter recess.
We are back to our regular full week routine this week and have a chapters to wrap up. There will be exams in Science, Math, and Social Studies over the next two weeks.

Reading: Read aloud “Let Me Be Brave”; Anchor text “The Right Dog for the Job”; Vocabulary: confidence, graduate, performs, confesses, foster, patiently, disobey, ceremony, reward, symbol
Writing: Writing a friendly letter
Math: subtracting fractions with regrouping; fraction word problems
Science: Review natural resources
Social Studies: Review New York’s Government
