Week 23

“The secret of getting ahead, is getting started.” – Mark Twain

A lot is happening on Wednesday this week! It’s Valentine’s Day, Red Day,  and Ash Wednesday.  We are having a party in the classroom after lunch to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Your child is welcomed to send in Valentine’s cards for the entire class. It is a dress up Red Day.  We will have a regular chapel service during school hours. If you would like to receive ashes, Trinity Lutheran Church will be having a service in the evening where ashes will be distributed.

Mrs. Kerwin asked me to let you know that the students will be creating book character masks. They will need a picture of a book character to bring to class on Tuesday 2/27.  They can bring a copy or the actual book to make their Book Character Mask.
